In this YAIT Story,  sistah-host, Ama-Robin, shares a quiet but unforgettable experience from a resort in Sweden. Nothing dramatic happened. No one said anything unkind. And yet, something changed the moment I realized I was the only Black person in the room.

Meet me in YAIT Town as we explore what it feels like to be watched, to question your belonging, and to discover that freedom is about more than simply being allowed to enter a space.

We'll begin with my story, then sit together to reflect on what it means to practice freedom, restore ourselves, and imagine a world where belonging isn't something we have to earn.
